CAT Financial Products AG (CATFP) a reçu une licence de maison de titres 1 délivrée par la FINMA. Grâce à cette étape importante, CATFP jouera désormais un rôle encore plus actif sur la place financière suisse. Par ailleurs, l'entreprise a pu boucler avec succès un tour de financement. The second CAT Investors Day took place on June 01, 2022. Everything was under the sign of inflation. More than 100 participants enjoyed a series of top-class presentations. Spiros Margaris kicked things off on the topic of Fintech. In his keynote, he gave an update on the industry and how to find value in this sector as interest rates and inflation rise. Fittingly, a joint active tracker certificate on the Margaris No.1 Fintech Value Basket was launched.

Ulrich Sauter rejoint CAT Financial Products SA (CATFP) en tant qu'associé. Avec plus de vingt ans d'expérience internationale dans le domaine de la réglementation des marchés financiers, il sera en charge de l'expansion et de l'organisation du Groupe CAT en Suisse et à l'étranger. Ulrich Sauter a été directeur juridique de Leonteq pendant plus de 10 ans et directeur juridique de la Fondation Tezos pendant plusieurs années. Il travaille actuellement comme avocat indépendant dans le domaine des actifs numériques.
