RELEASE CAT FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AG: AARGAUISCHE KANTONALBANK NEW WHITE LABELING PARTNER ZURICH, APRIL 6, 2016

CAT Financial Products AG („CATFP“), the independent provider of services for Structured Products based in Zurich and Bern, announces the collaboration with Aargauische Kantonalbank (“AKB”) for the Reporting and Life-Cycle-Management of their Structured Products. In the context of this collaboration AKB uses the Reporting and Life-Cycle-Management platform of CATFP in their White-Labelling setup. The platform is available to all relationship managers and to members of the trading department as per beginning of April. This will allow for an independent analysis and monitoring of all internal Structured Products. Therefore, AKB is amongst the first Swiss Banks which is monitoring all Structured Products by means of an independent technology in a unified and client-friendly manner. The CATFP White-Labelling technology is enjoying an increasing focus and demand from Swiss banks. It has already been implemented by cash banking by bank zweiplus. Three further banks, thereof two cantonal banks, have recently also signed with CATFP and are currently going through the onboarding process. CATFP is very excited about all the positive feedback of the partner banks towards its platform and the efficient and rapid integration in bank-internal IT-systems. Going forward, CATFP will set up further White-Labelling partners in Switzerland and integrate them in their platform.
