ZURICH, February 21, 2022 - CAT Financial Products (CATFP) continues to expand its partner structure and secures the services of Roman Przibylla. The new partner is an experienced sales professional and will be responsible within the management for the digital sales of structured products, AMCs and the in-house platform CUGLOS both nationally and internationally.

Roman Przibylla will take over the role of Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) in the Executive Committee as of March 2022. With his international experience in the field of structured products and ETFs, he will drive the distribution of financial products and services within and outside Switzerland as well as scale them to new client groups. Over the past 15 years, the graduate in business administration has held various management positions in the field of structured products for HSBC in Düsseldorf as well as Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank in Frankfurt, where he built up digital sales for certificates, leverage products and ETFs. Most recently, he led the sales team for structured products, AMCs and deritrade to Swiss banks at Vontobel in Zurich.

Roman Przibylla studied business administration at the University of Cologne with a focus on finance and during this time founded voola GmbH, a fintech which was successfully sold after four years. Today, the technology for semantic search of financial products is used by the online broker flatex and the Munich Stock Exchange gettex, among others.
