CAT Financial Products is establishing a presence in Ticino as part of its growth strategy. Laura Paganetti will be responsible for the Ticino market. Stronger regional and international expansion planned for 2024.

CAT Financial Products AG (CATFP), one of the leading Swiss Security Houses in the area of structured products, is expanding its presence in Switzerland as part of its growth strategy by opening an office in Ticino. Following the successful opening of an office in Geneva two years ago, a branch is now being opened in Lugano. The new office will be managed by Laura Paganetti, who joined CATFP after 25 years with UBS. Together with CAT Wealth Management, CATFP will open its fourth office in Switzerland at the beginning of January 2024.

Based in Lugano, Laura Paganetti is responsible for business development in Ticino and manages a portfolio of professional asset managers, institutional investors and banks in Italian- and German-speaking Switzerland. Previously, she established the Lugano office of a Swiss financial boutique specialising in structured products and worked for UBS Wealth Management in Ticino for over 25 years in various roles. Iyngaran Kunapathy also joined CATFP in the summer and will help drive expansion in German-speaking Switzerland. He was previously head of the Zurich branch of the same Swiss financial boutique and has also worked for UBS and Société Générale.
